Have a clogged kitchen sink, driving me crazy. Got a valpak coupon for a drain clean out so I gave them a call Thursday morning. Said they could come same day 1-4pm. Ryan showed up around 2pm and was very polite and professional. Showed him to the drain and the clear out and he got to work. Unfortunately the snake didn’t fix my problem but that’s no fault of his. He even went under my crawl space to inspect my pipes just to give me a better idea of what was going on. Didn’t charge me anything, was mindful of his work space and cleaned up after himself. 10/10 for me. Wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them again.
