We discovered a leak from our upstairs bathroom on Thanksgiving Day with a house full of guests! Water was dripping down into the garage in many places. Mayhem! I called Circle City Plumbing that very afternoon. They answered right away and scheduled a visit for first thing the next morning. We shut off our water after our guests left.
Gerry showed up - very friendly and professional. He quickly found the leak on the hot water pipe, fixed it, and fixed the cold water pipe next to it (which looked like it was ready to spring a leak on Christmas Day.) Gerry took time to show me the problem, how he fixed it, and then cleaned up thoroughly.
There were no games with pricing. It was a very fair and they didn't press their advantage. This is rare to find with professional plumbers.
